Credits are used in two places.
ROLE EVIDENCE MAP
10 credits
Unlock a Role Evidence Map for a target job. Once unlocked, you can keep preparing with that same job description without another charge.
Creating a target, updating your resume, editing your preparation, and regenerating the same unlocked job description are included.
COMPLETED DIAGNOSIS
10 credits
You are charged only after the interview Diagnosis is successfully completed and the final report is generated.
Starting the interview and reopening a completed report do not create another charge. The final report covers readiness, answer-by-answer evidence, critical gaps, interview risks, and preparation priorities.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a subscription?
No. Credits are purchased as one-time packs, with no recurring subscription.
When exactly am I charged?
Unlocking a new Role Evidence Map costs 10 credits. A completed Diagnosis costs 10 credits, charged only after the final report is successfully generated.
Will I be charged again when I update my preparation?
No. Preparation and Prepared Experiences remain included for an already unlocked target using the same job description. If you change to a new job description, a new 10-credit unlock applies only when you explicitly generate its Role Evidence Map.
What happens if generation fails?
If a paid generation does not successfully complete, the corresponding charge is not taken.
Refund policy
All purchases are generally final. Credits already used for a Role Evidence Map unlock or completed diagnosis report are non-refundable.
