Service content

Okareer Lens provides role-specific interview preparation and Diagnosis features, including Interview Targets, Role Evidence Maps, saved preparation material, simulated interview questions and follow-ups, answer feedback, and final Diagnosis reports. Features may change as the product evolves.

User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and submit job descriptions, your resume, Prepared Experiences, interview answers, audio, and other content only when you have the right to use it and submitting it is lawful
• Not upload other people's resumes, confidential documents, unauthorized data, or highly sensitive information
• Not use this service in an automated, abusive, or attacking manner
• Not attempt to damage, reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass service limitations

AI and service limitations

This service uses AI for role interpretation, interview questions and follow-ups, transcription, answer feedback, and Diagnosis reports. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for individual circumstances. Role interpretation and feedback are not guaranteed to match a specific employer or interviewer. Results do not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, hiring outcomes, or other professional results, and you should exercise your own judgment.

Credits and purchases

Okareer uses prepaid credits for certain paid digital-service outcomes. Unlocking a new Role Evidence Map costs 10 credits. Completing an interview Diagnosis and generating its final report costs 10 credits.

Creating an Interview Target does not itself consume credits. Continuing Preparation for an already-unlocked target and job description does not require another Preparation unlock. Updating a resume or Prepared Experiences does not create another Preparation unlock charge, and starting a Diagnosis does not itself create a Preparation charge.

New users currently receive 20 included credits. This is a current service benefit that may be changed prospectively. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions; current prices and pack sizes are displayed before purchase.

Credits are for use within Okareer Lens, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Any applicable expiry or special promotional conditions will be disclosed where relevant.

Credits are charged only when the corresponding paid outcome is successfully provided. Failed Role Evidence Map generation does not consume the unlock charge, failed Diagnosis or final-report generation does not consume the completed-Diagnosis charge, and reopening an already completed report does not charge again.

Refund Policy

Purchases and used credits are subject to the Refund Policy and applicable statutory consumer rights.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Features, models, limits, and usage methods may change as the product improves.

Third-party services

This service may use Google Login for authentication and OpenAI for role interpretation, interview and Diagnosis AI, transcription, and text-to-speech where used. It may also use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads for analytics and conversion tracking, and Creem for checkout and payment fulfillment. These third-party services may have their own terms of use and privacy policies.

Data and content

You retain rights to the content you submit. You authorize this service to process that content as necessary to provide Preparation, Role Evidence Maps, saved preparation, interview and Diagnosis functionality, transcription, support, security, and reliability. Feature-specific AI inputs are described in the Privacy Notice; saved Prepared Experiences are not used as input to the AI that generates Diagnosis results.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, attacking, data theft, or other improper activities.

This service does not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, salary outcomes, or job search success. You should use your own judgment when deciding whether to adopt suggestions from this service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For major changes, we will try to notify users in a reasonable way.
