Refund Policy

Okareer Lens sells prepaid credits for unlocking Role Evidence Maps and completing interview Diagnoses with final reports.

Credits that have already been used to unlock a Role Evidence Map or complete an interview Diagnosis are generally non-refundable, because the corresponding digital service has already been provided and processing costs have been incurred.

All purchases are generally final. If you experience a billing issue, such as duplicate payment, credits not being added after a successful payment, or a system error that prevents you from using purchased credits, please contact us at service@okareer.com . We will review the case and provide a refund, credit correction, or other appropriate resolution when applicable.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
